The compliance module exposes data export and deletion endpoints aligned to GDPR and DPDP requests. Bulk opt-in and opt-out are also available from the contacts module for lighter-touch cases.
Phones are normalised to E.164 on import, which collapses most duplicates that come from formatting differences. There is no automatic merge today, so clean-up is operator-driven through bulk operations.
