For campaigns, the report covers pending, sent, delivered, read, failed, undelivered and clicked counts, plus a paginated per-recipient list. Pair it with the live delivery tracking inside the campaigns module for in-flight visibility.

No real-time aggregate dashboards yet, since each report is computed in a batch. No CSV or Parquet export from the analytics module yet, though bulk export of contacts is available and outbound webhooks stream every event in real time. No scheduled reports and no warehouse sync. These are roadmap items, not shipped today.

WBIZ Analytics is a focused, aggregate reporting surface, not a real-time BI dashboard or a warehouse sync. If you need event-level data in your own warehouse, subscribe to outbound webhooks and stream them into your stack. If you need a custom dashboard, the public REST API serves the same numbers the reports show.

Analytics, answered.
No. Analytics reports are aggregates computed in batches today. The campaigns module itself has live delivery tracking for in-flight visibility, and outbound webhooks deliver every event in real time. Real-time aggregate dashboards are a roadmap item.
Not from the analytics module today. The contacts module supports streaming CSV export, and you can subscribe to outbound webhooks (HMAC-signed, retried and dead-lettered) to stream every event into the warehouse of your choice.
Conversation history is retained according to the active plan. Specific retention windows are shown on /pricing/, so check there for the current numbers.
Not natively today. If you push purchase events into WBIZ via the REST API, or pull WBIZ campaign events out via webhook into your warehouse, you can attribute revenue to a campaign downstream.
Not yet. Scheduled emailed reports are a roadmap item. For now, query the REST API on your own schedule or stream events via outbound webhooks.
