No. Pricing is flat and transparent, with no per-message markup. You pay the WhatsApp conversation rate that applies, and WBIZ does not add a cut on top, which is not the case with many providers.
Yes. WhatsApp policy requires explicit opt-in for marketing templates. WBIZ tracks opt-in and opt-out through the STOP and START flow, and lets you bulk opt-in or opt-out from the contacts module.
That recipient is marked failed or undelivered in the per-recipient report, along with the error returned. The campaign keeps running for everyone else, and you can re-target the failed group as a follow-up.
Not today. A/B variant testing is on the roadmap. For now you would run two campaigns with two templates against split audiences.
WhatsApp bills per 24-hour conversation window, which varies by country and category. WBIZ shows a tentative monthly bill on the /pricing/ page based on your outbound template sends, and passes those rates through with no markup.
